ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Thessaloniki, Greece, and for most of my life I lived with constant back pain and aching joints. I tried many different things to feel better, but nothing truly worked—until I discovered yoga.
Through years of practice, patience, and a lot of trial and error, yoga not only eased my pain—it transformed my body and my entire way of living. It taught me how to listen, to move, and to heal from the inside out.
My journey led me to travel all around the world in search of purpose and deeper understanding. Eventually, I found myself in India—the motherland of yoga—where I immersed in traditional teachings and absorbed the wisdom at its source.
After 16 years of dedicated Ashtanga practice and 7 years of teaching (mostly Hatha Yoga), I’ve gathered everything I’ve learned into focused programs designed to target specific types of pain. Each sequence blends effective yoga poses with a holistic approach—addressing not just the body, but also the mind and lifestyle behind the pain.
My mission is to help you find the same freedom and balance that yoga has given me—so you can move, breathe, and live without pain.
